Mr.
Doctor is a Partner with
Deloitte Haskins & Sells and National Director of Internal Audit Services in India. He leads engagements
for a wide range of Internal
Audit and Sarbanes-Oxley clients, in diverse industries such as
Manufacturing and Consumer Business, Financial Services, Telecom, Media
& Entertainment.
Mr
Doctor has led the internal
audit function at a Fortune 500
subsidiary in India and has served as Group
CFO of a diverse Indian group. He has served on the Board of
Directors of several companies
in India,
Singapore and Dubai and served as executive director of international operations in
Singapore and Dubai. He has
served as co-opted member on ICAI Committee for Members in Industry and is a Governing Board
member of IIA Mumbai.
Tasneem
Ladkawalla
Tasneem
joined Deloitte in December 2009. Prior to joining Deloitte, Tasneem
worked with KPMG, Ernst &
Young, within the Governance, Risk and Advisory services teams. Prior to Ernst & Young, Tasneem
worked with Emirates Group in
Dubai,
UAE, for two years and with
Arthur Andersen with the Audit and Business Advisory team for approximately 7 years. Her key strengths
include Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Performance Improvements, Operational Risk reviews,
Internal Audits, Due Diligence, Forensic reviews and providing Sarbanes Oxley
assistance to several clients.
Tasneem has
serviced clients across various industry sectors. She has also helped several companies set
up their operations in India especially focusing on
finance and operational areas.
Farrokh has
been with Deloitte for the last
two years. He handles a range of internal audit clients in specified
industries - especially manufacturing, telecommunications, media &
entertainment. He has also conducted audits on behalf of Deloitte’s
UK and USA
offices.
Farrokh is a
Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of senior management experience, most recently as
Controller – Finance and Administration of the Indian subsidiary of a US
MNC. Apart from Finance and IT, he has had significant exposure to
commercial, risk management, logistics, legal and HR functions.

substitute delegate is welcome at any time and at no extra
