The Honourable Finance Minister has presented the Union Budget amidst apprehensions tha might increase taxes to counter the rise in the fiscal deficit. The rise in the fiscal deficit was of course, brought about largely because of the need to give a large fiscal stimuli to revive the economy which had slowed down amidst the global financial crisis
