An Act to continue the Delhi (Control of Building Operations) Act, 1955, for a further period.

Be it enacted by Parliament in the Seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
1.Short title.
This Act may be called the Delhi (Control of Building Operations) Continuance Act, 1956.
2.Amendment of section I.
In sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Delhi (Control of Building Operations) Act, 1955 (53 OF 1955), for the figures, letters and words $1st day of January, 1957$, the figures, letters and words $1st day of January, 1958$ shall be substituted.
