THE RAILWAY COMPANIES (SUBSTITUTION OF PARTIES IN CIVIL PROCEEDINGS) REPEAL ACT, 2001.
ACT NO. 25 OF 2001.
[29th August, 2001.]
An Act to repeal the Railway Companies (Substitution of Parties in Civil Proceedings) Act, 1946.
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
1.Short title.
This Act may be called the Railway Companies (Substitution of Parties in Civil Proceedings) Repeal Act, 2001.
2.Repeal of Act 14 of 1946.
The Railway Companies (Substitution of Parties in Civil Proceedings) Act, 1946 is hereby repealed.

ACT NO. 26 OF 2001.
[29th August, 2001.]
An Act to repeal the Hyderabad Export Duties (Validation) Act, 1955.
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
1.Short title.
This Act may be called the Hyderabad Export Duties (Validation) Repeal Act, 2001.
2.Repeal of Act 20 of 1955.
The Hyderabad Export Duties (Validation) Act, 1955 is hereby repealed.
