THE ELECTRICITY (SUPPLY) ACT, 1948.
ACT NO. 54 OF 1948.
[10th September, 1948.]
An Act to provide for the rationalisation of the production and supply of electricity, and generally for taking measures conducive to 1*[electrical development].
WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the rationalisation of the production and supply of electricity, for taking measures conducive to 1*[electrical development] and for all matters incidental thereto;
It is hereby enacted as follows:-
