An Act to provide facilities for military manceuvres and for field firing and artillery practice.
WHEREAS it is expedient to provide facilities for military manoeuvres and for field firing and artillery practice ; It is hereby enacted as follows:-
1.Short title and extent.
(1) This Act may be called the manceuvres, Field Firing and Artillery Practice Act, 1938.
(2) It extends to the whole of India.
