THE SPIRITUOUS PREPARATIONS (INTER-STATE TRADE AND COMMERCE) CONTROL (REPEAL) Act, 2006

An Act to repeal the Spirituous Preparations (Inter-State Trade and Commerce) Control Act, 1955.

Be it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows:—

1. Short title.

This Act may be called the Spirituous Preparations (Inter-State Trade and Commerce) Control (Repeal) Act, 2006.

2. Repeal of Act 39 of 1955.

The Spirituous Preparations (Inter-State Trade and Commerce) Control Act, 1955 is hereby repealed.
