An Act to repeal the Rice-Milling Industry (Regulation) Act, 1958.
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Forty-eighth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
1.Short title.
This Act may be called the Rice-Milling Industry (Regulation) Repeal Act, 1997.
2.Repeal of Act 21 of 1958.
The Rice-Milling Industry (Regulation) Act, 1958 is hereby repealed.
