THE POST-GRADUATE INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL EDUCATION AND RESEARCH, CHANDIGARH (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2001.
ACT NO. 18 OF 2001.
[3rd August, 2001.]
An Act further to amend the Post-Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh Act, 1966.
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
1.Short title.
This Act may be called the Post-Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh (Amendment) Act, 2001.
2.Amendment of section 6 of Act 51 of 1966.
In the Post-Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh Act, 1966, in section 6, in sub-section (2), after the words "as soon as he", the words "becomes a Minister or Minister of State or eputy Minister, or the Speaker or the Deputy Speaker of the House of the People, or the Deputy Chairman of the Council of States, or" shall be inserted.

ACT NO. 19 OF 2001.
[3rd August, 2001.]
An Act to repeal the Industrial Disputes (Banking Companies) Decision Act, 1955.
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
1.Short title.
This Act may be called the Industrial Disputes (Banking Companies) Decision (Repeal) Act, 2001.
2.Repeal of Act 41 of 1955.
The Industrial Disputes (Banking Companies) Decision Act, 1955 is hereby repealed.
