THE PERSONAL INJURIES (COMPENSATION INSURANCE) ACT, 1963.
ACT NO. 37 OF 1963.
[8th October, 1963.]
An Act to impose on employers a liability to pay compensation to workmen sustaining personal injuries and to provide for the insurance of employers against such liability.
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fourteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:--
