THE ESSENTIAL SERVICES (MAINTENANCE) ORDINANCE REPEAL ACT, 2001.
ACT NO. 1 OF 2002.
[4th January, 2002.]
An Act to repeal the Essential Services (Maintenance) Ordinance, 1941.
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
1.Short title.
This Act may be called the Essential Services (Maintenance) Ordinance Repeal Act, 2001.
2.Repeal of Ord. XI of 1941.
The Essential Services (Maintenance) Ordinance, 1941 is hereby repealed.
