THE COUNTESS OF DUFFERINS FUND (REPEAL) ACT, 2002.
ACT NO. 65 OF 2002.
[18th December, 2002.]
An Act to repeal the Countess of Dufferins Fund Act, 1957.
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
1.Short title.
This Act may be called the Countess of Dufferins Fund (Repeal) Act, 2002.
2.Repeal of Act 63 of 1957.
The Countess of Dufferins Fund Act, 1957 is hereby repealed.
