1. Could any one share the object caluse of the agricultural activities
2. Clauses for any other present generation activities like - cyber cafe, bpo, kpo etc. Any new business idea is solicited.
3. Procedure for the pvt. co. to insert them in Memorandum and for adopting them to start the business.

Please find below the required objects - Clauses for BPO business:

To carry on the business of providing outsourcing services for all processes, sub processes,transactions, activities and all other work performed by business in various industries within India and across the world. This includes those process or sub processes that are enabled by information technology. It also includes date, voice or video collection and processing, call centre services including in bound and out bound calling services of all kinds, technical support, managed data centre, managed technical centre, training centre, web support back office,business or financial analysis, scientific analysis, research work and analysis, storage, disaster recovery, accounting, pay roll, inventory management, customer relationship management, enterprises resources planning and to develop software, provide consultancy, software solution and services that are normally offered by the outsourcing business and information technology services providers, the software development houses and application services providers.

Procedure to insert them into MOA:

- Hold the Board meeting to discuss the alteration of objects clause
- Hold the General meeting and pass the required resolutions
- File Form.23 for alteration of MOA and Form.1B in case of change of name if any. (However, name availability has to be obtained before filing the Form.23 and Form.1B)

The object clause for agricultural activities

1.To carry on business of cultivating, producing, developing and dealing in agriculture and natural resources and to carry on the business of manufacture, produce, process , prepare, extract, distil, filter, purify, separate, dry, condense, concentrate, refine, preserve, can, freeze, bottle, store, buy, sell, import, export , and deal in all or any kinds of agro and allied products including and consisting of the spices, spice oils, extracts, essential oils, oleo-resins, cereals, pulses, millets, gram, grain, leaves, branches, herbs, roots, seeds, vegetables, flowers, fruits, nuts, natural colours, flavours, additives, perfumes, scents, aromatics, fragrances, grass, seaweed's and any other foods and food related items.
