Why is it that copy of companies bill 2008 posted by Mr. P C Agrawal, a learned member, on 25 October, 2009 always appear on the top of the corporate law forum link , in spite of the fact that many postings are made after that date ? It is very interesting indeed !
Please provide the answer, it will be alearning experience for me.

Dear sir,
The forum setting has an option to make a post to appear on the top always, what is also known as 'sticky post' and this right is only available to the administrator.
