Has someone came to incorporate the proceedings for a reverse conversion , from LLP To a Private Limited Company , i have failed to find any provision in Act or Rules .. can one enlighten me .. thanks

Since the LLP Act is still in an Infant stage even after its Notification, there is no immense development. But as far in my knowledge there is no provision as such,,, you will have to open a New Company.

I have to agree on this statement! You need to open a New Company! As far as I know it will take time to be on!
