And when one member thanks other(s) for their advice, I feel a tremendous sense of satisfaction!!

Friends, as we are joined by thousands of fellow professionals day on day, its our responsibility to keep the site lively by sharing latest information, posing questions on the burning issues, giving suggestions, expressing our views by writing articles, sharing job opportunities etc etc..

As facilitator, my responsibility is to provide new features to the members to enhance their joy of being on the site.

I am working hard to fulfill my responsibility with various rocking ideas already in the stages of implementation !!
