Can someone provide me the exact definition of ASSOCIATE COMPANIES which has to be put in a Strategic Alliance MOU.

Definition of associate Companies as per new Companies bill is as follows-
“Associate company”, in relation to another company, means a company in
which that other company has a significant influence, but which is not a subsidiary
company of the company having such influence or of any other company.

Explanation.—For the purposes of this clause, “significant influence” means
control of at the least twenty-six per cent of total voting power, or of business
decisions under an agreement.
