i express my views from the point of view of social responsiblity.

The law should give exemption 

the  savings made  in the name of a child who is less than 1 year- 100 %

------------------------do-------more than 1 year less than 2 years   90 %

------------------------do-------more than 2 years less than 3 years  80 %

like that.This will make every citizen think of the future child.

This will also bring long term resources needed by the govenment for long term resources.
