AS per LLP rules, We need clarification for filing the vakalatnama in the name of LLP.
At present the partnership firm is filing vakalatnama in the court, where his partner is a member of that bar council. However with new LLP rules, it is advisable to file vakalatnama in court in the name of the LLP, where his designated partner is not a member of that Bar association.
For eg. LLP with 40 members and 2 designated partner would like to file a Vakalatnama in the court of Delhi, whereas his designated partner is not a member of Delhi Bar Council. However his other partner is a member of that Bar council.
Need clarification on above matter, We are not getting satisfactory reply from the Registrar of courts.
